Telephone Triage Posted on 10 Aug 2020

Due to Government guidelines around COVID-19. All appointments will be triaged by a Clinician over the phone or via video call.

The Clinician will then make the informed decision to invite you down for a face to face appointment.

It is vitally important that you have your phone with you at all times as a missed call could delay your treatment. If the Clinician tries to call and does not get you on the phone, you may not be able to rebook the same day.

Unfortunately we cannot give a specific time for your phone call.
