Online service

If you have not yet registered for the online service we would encourage you to come into reception to do so. The service will allow you to book appointments online as well as order repeat medications. This is available 24 hours a day and is a convenient way to access care for those who are unable to easily call or come down to the surgery during our regular working hours, or who wish to avoid waiting on the telephone at busy times
Urgent on the day care
If you require medical assistance on the day you will be given an appointment with our duty team, this team consists of clinical nurse practitioners trained in minor illness and injury and able to prescribe medication and an on call doctor who is always available for any conditions not appropriate to the nurse practitioner.
Practice Nurses
For the treatment room and chronic disease nurses please book through reception in advance
Chaperones
All patients are entitled to have a chaperone present for any consultation. Please request this at the time of booking or speak to your doctor.
Telephone appointments
Telephone advice is also available with a GP or Nurse Practitioner if you do not need to see them face-to-face. The receptionist will advise you when this will be convenient or will ask them to call you back.
